Feel stressed?

Eating a healthy, balanced diet and avoiding or limiting certain foods or drinks such as caffeine, alcohol and chocolate may help you reduce stress. Fruit and vegetables should form about a third of your diet. They are low in calories and bursting with vitamins and minerals. Fruit and vegetables can help maintain a healthy heart and immune system.
