A short code number has a higher administration cost than a long code number that is why we have used a long code number so we can give people reassurance they are using a service that only charges them for a standard text.

Security is our number one priority so we use one of the UK's leading SMS providers. Our SMS provider uses several security measures to make the service as secure as possible. They can never view any messages sent on their systems. Only authorised personnel can enter their Data Centres, they use 24/7 monitoring, permanently recording video cameras and safety locks. They also operate under The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations of 2003 and are registered under the Public Register of Data Controllers.

At OCD-TODAY we ensure all mobile number and messages are stored safely on our SMS providers system and all messages are  stored for one month and deleted.
